6th-7th grade students will work collaboratively to design and construct an arcade game from cardboard.
Roko (10), a boy from Croatia, read a story about Caine in a book about inspirational boys. He decided to make his own challenge. Roko will host children in his yard in Lumbarda.
The Flourish School is organising a Cardboard Challenge during the summer holidays for a week!
Students in third grade have worked collaboratively to create cardboard arcade games. The arcade will open for all students in the school to have a turn to play!
SW work together to create. SW use cardboard boxes, paper, crayons, scissors, tape, and glue.
As part of the Cardboard Challenge, game setups are made from recycled cardboard boxes. The plays are performed in the school corridors. The exhibition is organized to be open to all class students. All students of the school will be able to play the games during recess.
Hosting a "Remake" Learning Day event on Earth Day 4/22/2023 @Sallie Jones Elementary 1pm-3pm. Encouraging recycling, "thinking out of the box" , and collaboration! We are excited to host this event and it is open to our entire community.We will advertise on many social media platforms and as well as at our 10 elementary schools.
All 5th and 6th grade students at Midview East Intermediate School will demonstrate how upcycling can be beneficial and fun by repurposing cardboard and other recyclables to create a cardboard arcade for the Midview Local Schools students and community to enjoy during Family STEM Night.
