We will be running special cardboard engineering activities during our school holiday camp 'Invention Lab'. Participants aged 6-12 will work together to design then construct life size cardboard circus tents (using the MakeDo) following a number of criteria and constraints.
We will be using Caine's Arcade as an inspiration to make our own arcade. This will bundle with our economics unit and we will discuss different aspects of econ through this activity.
6th Grade will design a cardboard arcade based on children's books for the entire school to play and enjoy!
Students will showcase their cardboard masterpieces for families.

Latimer students will use creativity, teamwork, and problem solving skills to make cardboard creations!
Each day in October we will work on building a Cardboard Arcade.
Several early years classes will be participating in the Global Cardboard challenge! We will spend the morning building and creating and spend the afternoon exploring and playing with our creations!
